COVID-19 Safety Precautions
Our #1 priority is to the safety of our artists and clients.
We've made many updates to ensure we provide the most safe and enjoyable experience possible for our clients and artists. Let's talk safety and house rules.
MASKS POLICY
Our team will be required to wear a mask at all times during your service. For everyone’s safety, clients will be required to wear masks at all times, except when receiving a makeup service. Your artist will kindly direct you on when to remove your mask. If you forget to bring yours, we’ll set you up with a disposable mask.
SANITIZING
We schedule a 15-minute window between clients to sanitize and clean the station, makeup and hair kit and brushes. Clients must sanitize their hands prior to the beginning of a service. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
In order to maintain distance, only those clients receiving a hair or makeup service may be in the room while receiving that service.
IN-STORE APPOINTMENTS
Our store is only open to staff to handle online orders and curbside pick up. We are accepting limited appointments and only allow one appointment at a time. No guests are allowed during appointments.
COVID RELEASE FORM
Every client receiving a service will be required to sign a COVID Release Form.
