Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email orders@elevecosmetics.com to initiate the return within 14 days of the original purchase date.
We also ask that our returns be sent back in their original packaging. We must receive the gently used product(s)* for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for items that are to be returned for refund. 💌 Your return will be processed and your account credited within 10 to 15 business days from the day your return is received.
Products purchased with store credit, gift card or e-gift card will receive the return in the form of a EleveCosmetics.com store credit.
- We recommend that you send the return via UPS or insured parcel post. Elevé is not responsible for lost return items during transit.
- Please include your name, phone number and order number to ensure credit is received in a timely manner.
- Purchases made during seasonal promotions are eligible to be returned for store credit only.
- At this time we do not offer exchanges on products.
- *Skin care, cosmetic bags, makeup brushes and sale items are not eligible for return or credit. Skin care includes Fountain of Youth Collection, Age Defying Skin Care Kit, African Red Tea Cleansing Treatment, Elevé Essential, Infinity Serum Youth Bomb Capsules, Ten Night Cream, Organic Golden Beauty Oil, Vitamin Sea Sunscreen, Skin Infusion (Quench and Vital), and Eye-Luminate.
Elevé Cosmetics only accepts returns on items purchased from EleveCosmetics.com.
