RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your EleveCosmetics.com purchase for any reason, please return the gently used product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Your return will be processed and your account credited within 10 to 15 business days from the day your return is received.  Elevé does not refund or pay for return shipping.

Products purchased with store credit, gift card or e-gift card will receive the return in the form of a EleveCosmetics.com store credit.

– We recommend that you send the return via UPS or insured parcel post. Elevé is not responsible for lost return items during transit.

– Please include a packing slip or invoice with your name and order number to ensure credit is received in a timely matter.

– At this time we do not offer exchanges on products.

– Cosmetic bags and brushes are not eligible for return or credit.
